Attorney James T. Lombardi
Attorney Lombardi counsels and represents companies and individuals in the areas of business law, real estate, land use, employment law, and estate planning & adminstration. Admitted to the bar since 1989, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients and thier concerns.
His business law practice comprises a wide variety of organizational and transactional matters, including entity formations, contract negotiations, commercial transactions, succession planning, sales and acquisitions, business financing, contract disputes, split-ups and dissolutions, and internal governance matters. He also provides advice and representation in employment law matters, from employment and noncompetition agreements to termination, discrimination, and wage and hour issues.
In his real estate and land use practice, James represents clients in purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases, and zoning and planning matters. He also advises and assists condominium developers in preparing appropriate condominium instruments that meet state law requirements, and counsels them regarding the registration of their projects with the Office of the Attorney General. He also represents developers in real estate acquisition and construction financing matters.
His estate planning services include the preparation of wills and trusts, health care and financial powers of attorney, and living wills. He advises executors and other fiduciaries in the probate and administration of estates and he represents wards and petitioners in guardianship proceedings.
A graduate of Yale University and Boston College Law School, James has lectured and published materials on various business law, employment law and estate planning topics. He is also a member of the New Hampshire High Tech Council.
James is active in the community, having recently completed two terms with the Board of Directors of Opera New Hampshire. He also coaches youth athletics, teaches religious education, and is a member of the Pastoral Council of St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Bedford, New Hampshire.
James lives with his wife Lisa and son Jamie in Bedford.
