About Lombardi Law
At Lombardi Law Offices, we advise companies and individuals in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, trust and probate administration, veterans benefits, and special education. Our mission is to help our clients reach their legal goals or solve their legal challenges by delivering prompt, effective and ethical services at reasonable cost.
From the beginning of our relationship with our clients, our priority is to help them understand the process they are about to undertake and the role we will play on their behalf. That process starts with the initial consultation. With very few exceptions (which we discuss beforehand if such an exception applies), our initial consultations are free of charge. Once the client has engaged our services, our door stays wide open and we are always available to answer their questions and address their concerns along the way.
A primary concern for most clients – whether individuals or businesses – is the cost of legal services. We are sensitive to these issues and we make a concerted effort to help clients cap or otherwise maintain control over their legal bills. When it is possible to do so, we offer flat fee alternatives to hourly billing. Our estate planning and business formation services are always billed on a flat fee basis. For many other matters, we offer clients the option of pre-paying for legal services at a discounted hourly rate. Through that option, the client chooses the number of hours they wish to receive at the discounted rate and pay for those hours up front. If a client owes a balance for legal services rendered, we often offer discounts for early payment. Finally, clients qualify for special discounts if they have served our country in the military.
Regardless of the issue or the matter at hand, we work diligently to help our clients achieve their legal goals or find acceptable solutions to the problems they face. Given the multiple factors involved in any matter, we cannot guarantee specific results. But we can – and we do – work hard to try to make those goals and solutions a reality for our clients.
In a word, we are dedicated to our clients. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we may be of assistance to you.
